    What renalee does

    From plate to
    peace of mind.

    Check any meal

Snap a photo, type what you ate, or scan a restaurant menu — renalee reads it and estimates, in plain words, how it fits your day.

    Stay within your targets

Set your own daily targets for protein, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, fluid and calories. Every meal you log updates them live — one glance shows where you stand.

    Summarize your diet

Turn your history into a clean diet summary — up to 90 days — to keep, print, or share whenever you like.

    How it works

“I’ve been living with CKD Stage 5 for over 20 years — from dialysis to transplant and back to dialysis. I built this app to simplify the daily tracking that used to take hours with spreadsheets. Now I want to share it with others who understand this journey.”

    Frequently asked questions

Get answers to the most common questions.

How accurate are the nutrient estimates?

The estimates are based on comprehensive food databases and AI analysis. However, they are approximations meant for educational tracking purposes. Actual nutrient content can vary based on preparation methods, brands, and serving sizes. Always consult your dietitian for precise dietary planning.

What sources do you use for nutrient data?

We use established food composition databases combined with AI-powered analysis. Our goal is to provide useful estimates to help you make informed choices throughout the day, not to replace professional dietary advice.

How do you handle my data and privacy?

Your health data — meals, nutrition targets, weight, and CKD stage — is stored locally on your device only. We only store authentication, feedback, and subscription data in the cloud. Data sent for AI analysis is anonymized and never stored. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the app. Built to comply with GDPR.

    Who is this app for?

renalee is for anyone managing chronic kidney disease — from earlier CKD stages through dialysis — who wants an easier way to track their dietary intake. It's also useful for caregivers and family members helping manage meals.

    Is this medical advice?

No. This app is an educational tool to help you track and understand your dietary intake. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow your nephrologist's and dietitian's recommendations for your specific condition.
